Inside Sales & Order Processing (m/f/d)

You are an important point of contact for our customers and ensure that orders are processed smoothly. Together with our team, you help make sure that our products find their way to our customers every day.

 

Your Tasks

  • You support our customers by phone and email, advising them in a friendly and competent manner.
  • You maintain existing customer relationships and continue to develop them.
  • You record and maintain customer and order data in our ERP/CRM system.
  • You create, process, and follow up on quotes and orders.
  • You coordinate delivery dates and liaise with the warehouse, shipping, and production departments.
  • You work closely with the field sales team and other departments.
  • You handle complaints and find solutions that work well for everyone.
  • You keep track of outstanding receivables in the DACH region.
  • You prepare reports, sales documents, and statistics.
  • You support organizational tasks within the sales department.


 

What You Bring

  • At least three years of experience in inside sales or order processing.
  • Ideally, experience in the food or retail industry.
  • Confident and flexible use of common office software, ideally with experience in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent German language skills and business-fluent English.
  • Enjoyment of working with people and service-oriented communication.
  • A structured, careful way of working and strong organizational skills.
  • Team spirit, empathy, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Enthusiasm for high-quality food and artisanal products.

The Facts

  • Salary: €2,900 to €3,750 per month
  • Scope: 37.5 hours per week, full-time (part-time also possible)
  • Location: Berlin-Johannisthal, on-site
