Which retailers offer your products?
Depending on the region and product range, our products are also available through wholesalers and selected retail structures, but not universally in every traditional supermarket.
Here is an overview of the most important partners and distribution channels:

Bun sizes
Our burger buns are available in the following sizes:
- Slider: approx. 30 g, approx. 7 cm diameter, approx. 4.5 cm height
- Medium: approx. 50 g, approx. 9.5 cm diameter, approx. 5 cm height
- Large: approx. 70 g, approx. 10.5 cm diameter, approx. 5.5 cm height
- Extra Large: approx. 85 g, approx. 12 cm diameter, approx. 6 cm height
How many Burger Buns are in one box?
Quantities vary depending on the product and packaging size:
- Slider Buns: 12-pack or 100 pieces (Big Box)
- Medium Buns: 60 pieces (Big Box)
- Large Buns: 4-pack or 40 pieces (Big Box)
- Extra Large Buns: 30 pieces (Big Box)
- Hot Dog Rolls: 4-pack or 48 pieces (Big Box)
Are our products free from conservants & Alcohol?
In making our products, we've always placed great importance on the quality and origin of our ingredients. Furthermore, our products are free from alcohol & preservatives!
Are all of our products vegan?
Except our Shokupans, tasty Pastel De Nata as well as the Brioche Buns, all of our products are vegan.
Are your products produced in Germany?
We produce all of our products in Berlin, Germany
Storage
What is the best-before date on our products?
Our products are freshly baked daily, completely without preservatives and alcohol-free. This ensures their natural taste, but also shortens the shelf life: During the summer months, the best-before date is 5 to 8 days, depending on the product.
Is it possible to freeze our products?
Our products can be frozen in the delivered packaging without any loss of quality or taste. This way, you can enjoy our products for up to one year. It's important to let the products thaw for 2-3 hours before consumption in the delivered packaging.

What shipping options do we offer?
In our online shop, you have the option to select standard shipping.
Wie lange dauert der Versand unserer Produkte ?
Shipping takes place within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after order receipt. Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day and may be delivered later accordingly. Despite careful planning, delays by the shipping carrier may occasionally occur – we ask for your understanding in such cases.
Can I pre-order and pick up your products?
We currently do not offer pre-ordering or pickup at our café.
Can I also buy your products locally?
You can find our products not only in our online shop but also at our café at Dunckerstrasse 23 in 10437 Berlin. However, they are only available in limited quantities.
