Are our products free from preservatives and alcohol?
In the production of our products, we have always placed great emphasis on the quality and origin of the raw materials. Furthermore, our products are free of alcohol and preservatives!
Are all our products vegan?
Except for our Shokupan breads, our delicious Pastel De Nata and our Brioche Buns, all our products are vegan.
Are our products manufactured in Germany?
We produce all our products in Berlin, Germany.
What is the best-before date of our products?
Our products are baked fresh daily, completely without preservatives or alcohol. This ensures their natural flavor, but also reduces their shelf life.
During the summer months, the minimum shelf life is 5 to 8 days , depending on the product.
Important information regarding storage
Please store in a cool, dry place away from light .
Our products can only be stored for up to 12 months when frozen – with minimal loss of quality.
We therefore recommend freezing the goods immediately upon receipt .

What shipping methods do we offer?
In our online shop you have the option to select standard shipping.
How long does it take to ship our products?
Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping takes place within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of order.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day and may be delivered later.
Despite careful planning , delays may occur in individual cases due to the shipping service provider – we ask for your understanding in such cases.
Is it possible to pre-order and pick up your products?
We currently do not offer pre-ordering or collection at our café.
Can your products be purchased locally?
Besides our online shop, you can also find our products in our café at Dunckerstrasse 23 in 10437 Berlin. However, these are only available in limited quantities.
Can our products be frozen?
Our products can be easily frozen in the supplied foil without any loss of quality or taste. This allows you to enjoy our products for up to a year. It is important that you thaw the products in the supplied foil for 2-3 hours before consumption.
